The Ashland Garden Club was founded in 1985 by Shirley Splaine and in 1986 became a Member of National Garden Clubs, Inc. The club plants and maintains flower gardens in the town of Ashland, assists the Conservation Commission, participates in the Ashland Community Council, sponsors students at Conservation Camp, provides scholarships to local students, works with Ashland School students on holiday wreath making, and participates in the New England Spring Flower Show and the Newport Flower Show!
Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Holderness Free Library, 866 US-3, Holderness, New Hampshire. No meetings are scheduled in January, February, March, and August. |
